You can enable your Comments App through your Wix Editor and by switching to Mobile View as shown in the screenshot below:
Then click on the eye icon (with a backslash) at the left side of the Wix Editor. Look for the Comments app and click the corresponding eye icon to make the Comments app visible in the mobile site. Save the changes and Publish your website.
