In some cases, a corporate network firewall, antivirus or a 3rd party browser extension can interfere with web applications, such as the Comments app.
In order to find out the reason, please do the following:

Try from a different browser / computer (or mobile phone). Does it work there?

Try opening your browser in incognito mode. On Chrome, use the Ctrl+Shift+N (⌘+Shift+N on Mac). Does the app work in Incognito mode?
- In some cases, hard refresh may solve the problem. Open the page where the Comments app is installed, then press Ctrl+F5 (⌘+Shift+R on Mac)
