In order to transfer the Comments app to a new Wix site, please following this procedure:
- Install the Comments app in your new Wix site, and purchase the premium upgrade for it
- Cancel the premium upgrade subscription for your old Wix site
- Write to Wix support (https://www.wix.com/support/html5/submit-a-ticket), explaining to them that you transferred the app to a new site, and asking for a refund for the remaining Premium period in the old site
- If you need help with transferring the actual comments from the old site to the new site, please write to us (support@commentsplugin.com), and specify the address of your old comments page and the new one. We will take care of transferring the comments for you
